 Dallys Dogs Health Guarantee:

Your Toy Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo (including Tiny Toy Poodle/YorkiePoo/ MaltiPoo or Teacup Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo) puppy or adult from DallysDogs is guaranteed by seller as being in good health at the time of adoption.

We will not ship a puppy until seller is certain that the puppy is ready for the trip to your home, has passed a veterinary health inspection, and is free from any illness (puppy being 8 weeks of age or more). The AKC papers (if available and you chose to purchase them), and vaccination records will be sent usually with your puppy and a sample of puppy food provided on the shipping crate.

Seller warrants the health of the puppy for the first six months of life against genetic hereditary life-threatening diseases involving the heart, liver, and kidneys.

We are not responsible for health or injuries after leaving our premises, as the puppy is no longer under our control. We, the Breeder, estimate size, personality, color, etc. as accurately as possible, but these things are not guaranteed. Too many factors are involved that the breeder has no control over, such as diet, environment, and genetics.

Small puppies and dogs are very fragile and every precaution should be made in handling them. Their bones are tiny and they are easily injured. This guarantee is NOT applicable for accidental injury to the puppy.

Seller does not guarantee against shipping mishap once the puppy is in the care of the airline. Shipping insurance is the buyer's responsibility with the airline and any claims for damages while shipping shall be made by the Buyer directly to the airline.

We do not guarantee that females will be able to breed or males having both testicles & able to breed. We represent our Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoos as beautiful, loving pets, not as show quality. Our guarantee is for the original first purchase only! If puppy or adult Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo ownership is transferred, this guarantee is void.

Puppies receive first shots and worming prior to release to buyers.

Because we cannot control the exposure of the puppy after leaving us, your new puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving your puppy.

When taking your puppy to the vet, don't allow its feet to touch anything unless it has been sterilized with bleach. If you choose not to do this, this contract is VOID. Buyer will not expose the puppy to any unvaccinated animals or go to any public place, especially a park, before 10 days after the last vaccination of the puppy series was given. We do not guarantee against Giardia or Coccidia, which conditions are often stress-induced and easily treated.

Your Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to new home, changing diets, etc. and this can bring on problems including hypoglycemia, worms, coccidiosis, diarrhea, etc. and should be treated promptly at onset. Breeder has no control over the puppy's environment at this time and these things are the buyer's responsibility.

Puppies and small dogs are susceptible to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can be brought on by a number of reasons such as not eating properly or frequently enough, playing too much, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much. Please watch your puppy closely and make sure it is eating regularly.

Puppies can also go through high stress during moves to their new homes, changes to diet as well as too much handling by the new owners and can bring on parasites that can be dormant such as worms and ear mites. Every preventative effort has been made by Seller (wormings, shots and ear cleanings) to guard against these types of problems, but Buyer should be aware of them possibly occurring. Watch your puppy closely for runny and/or bloody stools. These conditions are all treatable and do not warrant a return or exchange of said puppy.

If ever a replacement puppy is deemed necessary due to one of the above listed life-threatening diseases (genetic hereditary diseases involving the heart, liver, and kidneys), the replacement will be made for the same or less value of puppy, unless Buyer prefers to pay the difference for a more valuable puppy. Buyer must return the puppy to the Seller along with all registration papers, immunization papers, along with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating the type of condition/illness that the puppy is exhibiting in order to determine if a replacement is to be made to Buyer. Should a death occur, due to an unknown cause, a necropsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian and a copy of the report forwarded to Seller for review by Seller's veterinarian before determining if a replacement is to be made. If our vet concurs, we will replace your puppy as soon as one is available. There will be absolutely no cash refunds for any reason; all expenses are at Buyers expense including the licensed veterinarian diagnosis and necropsy, if applicable, and the return shipping and shipping of a replacement puppy.

If you purchase a Tiny Toy Poodle/YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo, Toy, or Teacup Poodle/ YorkiePoo/MaltiPoo puppy or adult from DallysDogs, you are agreeing to this guarantee.

We reserve the right to place our babies in the home of our choice, as best suited for them.
